CBP Architects is excited to announce that the Reverend James Moore, Sr., Triangle Village Senior Housing has recently closed for funding with the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) and construction began in January 2024. The project will bring a 40-unit, three-story affordable senior housing project to North 37th Street and Mantua Avenue in Philadelphia’s Mantua neighborhood. Developed by Elon Affordable Housing, LLC, in partnership with Second Mount Zion Baptist Church, the two-phase project will revitalize an underdeveloped block. Not only will Triangle Village provide much-needed affordable senior housing, but it will also integrate with an area experiencing rapid new market-rate construction.

The project team includes Cornerstone Consulting Engineers & Design Services, Inc.; Larsen and Landis Structural Engineers; Holstein White, Inc.; Earth Engineering; and BEAM, Ltd.
