CBP Architects is pleased to announce that the Inn of Amazing Mercy was among eight winners of ULI Philadelphia 2025 Awards for Excellence. Awards were bestowed in a ceremony held 21 May 2025 at the Fitler Club in Philadelphia.
Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in the development industry and advance the ULI mission to shape the future of the built environment for positive impact in communities worldwide. Winners were selected by a national jury of eight experts based on characteristics including leadership in development, sustainability and building performance, market acceptance, and community impact.
The Inn of Amazing Mercy project combined a compassionate care model that continues to reduce homelessness and addiction; a sensitive restoration that preserves the architectural and historic integrity of a formerly vacant neighborhood eyesore; and ongoing collaboration that will offer foundational knowledge to health providers across the country.
