The Paper Factory Lofts at 173 West Berks Street is highlighted on Hidden City Philadelphia, an online publication dedicated to exploring Philadelphia’s urban landscape. CBP Architects designed the 30-unit adaptive reuse of a former industrial building in Norris Square. Author Stacia Friedman notes that, “By retaining its original architectural features and signage, The Paper Factory Loft[s] pay tribute to the neighborhood’s former identity as an important manufacturing center.”

The article includes an interview with CBP Architects Partner Eric Leighton, AIA, who describes design features of the project, including furniture design by Senior Associate, Interiors Jack Larimore, which is included in the building lobby. The project marks the first collaboration with owner Urban Conversions. CBP Architects is currently working on design for new construction for the client at 150 West Berks Street.
