On September 14, one of our biggest projects currently underway – the reimagining of the iconic condominium The Philadelphian – had a construction groundbreaking ceremony that was covered by 6ABC News. CBP Architects is transforming the lobby, porte cochere, Fairmount Terrace, and other first floor amenity spaces of this notable building on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The project management team, staff from CBP, and many of the building’s residents attended the event, which was capped off with a champagne toast.
