CBP Architects is beginning design work on Lenfest Center’s North10 Philadelphia project called Be a Gem Crossing. This $21M project, to be located in the Hunting Park neighborhood of Philadelphia, recently received a low-income housing tax credit award from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency. This development will transform empty lots and a vacant skating rink into 41 units of affordable housing for local families as well as much needed neighborhood-serving commercial space.
